Duddeston currently accepts PayPal as a payment method where available at checkout.

1. PayPal Payments

PayPal allows customers to complete purchases using the payment methods supported by their PayPal account and the options made available by PayPal at checkout.

When you select PayPal, you may be redirected to or presented with a PayPal payment interface to complete your transaction.

Duddeston does not ask customers to provide their PayPal password to us.

2. Payment Authorization

An order can only proceed to processing after payment has been successfully authorized or otherwise confirmed according to the applicable payment process.

If payment cannot be authorized, the order may not be processed.

3. Payment Information

Payment information is handled through the relevant payment-processing infrastructure.

Customers should ensure that the billing information provided during checkout is accurate.

4. Currency

Prices displayed on the Duddeston website are shown in the currency configured for the applicable shopping experience.

Your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or fees where applicable.

5. Payment Security

Duddeston takes reasonable measures to protect transaction-related information.

Customers should never send passwords, PayPal login credentials, verification codes, or complete payment credentials through email, social media, or customer service messages.

6. Refunds

When an eligible refund is approved, it is generally issued to the original payment method.

For PayPal transactions, the refund is generally returned through PayPal according to the applicable payment-processing procedures.

Duddeston's standard refund processing time is up to 10 days after an eligible return has been received and approved.

7. Suspicious or Unauthorized Transactions

If an order appears suspicious or potentially unauthorized, we may delay, review, or cancel the transaction where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the store.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued through the applicable payment method.
